Quick Answer: The Real Relax Favor-03 is two different chairs. The one you can buy new in November 2026 is the Favor-03 2026 3D Lite at $899.99 on Real Relax’s own store: an SL-track from neck to hips, 8 auto programs, foot rollers and waist heat, rated for 240 lb and 5.1 to 6.2 ft, with a 1-year warranty. The older 2D Favor-03 ADV is sold out new and survives as a $679.99 refurbished unit. Buy the 3D Lite if you fit its range and you’re sure about the chair before you assemble it, because a used return costs a 20% fee plus return shipping.

This site has used the Favor-03 as its budget pick for months, in the best massage chair under $1,000 and cheap massage chair guides, but never reviewed it on its own. On November 6, 2026 we read everything Real Relax publishes about both versions: the product pages on realrelaxmall.com and the store’s product feed, both owner’s manuals, the return-and-refund and warranty pages, and the customer reviews on the product page. We didn’t sit in either chair. Every figure below comes from those documents, and where they disagree with each other, we say so.

By the numbers:

Real Relax Favor-03 2026 3D Lite (B03271)

The Favor-03 to buy new · SL-track · 8 auto programs · 240 lb · 5.1-6.2 ft · 1-yr warranty · $899.99
  • SL-track rollers from neck to hips, with shoulder detection, a manual mode and 3 massage intensity levels (per Real Relax's product page and manual).
  • 8 auto programs: Recovery, Sleep, Stretch, Relax, Strong, Neck, Waist and Chinese, up from 6 on earlier Favor-03 chairs.
  • Full-body airbags (shoulders, arms, hips, calves, feet) at 3 pressure levels, foot rollers, waist heat and zero gravity.
  • LCD touch screen, Bluetooth speaker, voice announcements, child lock and a 10 to 30 minute timer. No app.
  • 70 W, 110 V. Ships in two boxes, 158.7 lb gross; the chair itself weighs 132.3 lb (manual specifications).

Two chairs share the Favor-03 name

Real Relax sells the Favor-03 in two generations with different mechanisms, controls and heat zones. Its store files the 2026 model under “3D Massage Chairs” and the ADV under “2D ADV Massage Chairs”, but both product titles start with “Favor-03”, and retailers and older reviews often drop the suffix. Check the model number: B03271 is the 2026 3D Lite, B02292 (and B00303 on some refurbished units) is the ADV.

Two things stand out. First, Real Relax’s ADV page contradicts itself: the highlights say “dual-core S track” and the manual’s feature list says “S Track”, while the FAQ on the same page says it has “an SL-track that extends from the neck to the back of the thighs”. The manual is the safer guide, so treat the ADV as an S-track chair. Second, the 2026 model is not simply the ADV with a new year on it. It trades the app and calf heat for a longer track, two more programs and voice prompts, and it needs more room.

What “3D Lite” means here

Real Relax calls the 2026 chair “3D” in the product title and “3D Lite” in the listing name. Its manual describes three intensity levels and up/down roller positioning in manual mode, but no separate roller-depth control of the kind higher-end 3D chairs advertise. Read “3D Lite” as a modest step above the ADV’s fixed 2D rollers rather than the adjustable-depth 3D you’d find on a $1,500-plus chair. Our 2D vs 3D vs 4D guide explains what each label usually means.

The track is the more useful upgrade. An SL-track bends under the seat and carries the rollers past the lower back toward the hips, which a plain S-track doesn’t. Real Relax’s own FAQ for the 2026 model says the SL-track “extends from neck to hip, providing a longer, more full-body massage than S-Track.”

The weight limit: 240 lb or 264 lb?

Real Relax’s product page for the 2026 model says “Weight Capacity Max 240 Pounds.” The owner’s manual for the same chair says, under Best Practices for Safe Use, “Only for users who weigh below 120kg”, about 264 lb. The ADV manual uses the same 120 kg line, and the ADV product page gives no weight at all.

Use 240 lb. It’s the lower and more recent figure, and it’s the one Real Relax shows to buyers. Older pages on this site described the ADV as “rated to about 300 lb”; we couldn’t find that figure in any Real Relax document and have corrected it. If you weigh more than 240 lb, two Real Relax chairs list higher ratings: the Favor-06 2026 (“Maximum Weight Recommendation 300 lbs”) and the PS3300 (“300 Pounds”).

Will it fit you and your room?

Height. Real Relax lists 5.1 to 6.2 ft for the 2026 model. A store reply to one review explains that “individual body proportions vary” even inside that range. Of the nine reviews on the product page, one owner (2 stars) wrote that the chair is “smaller than my previous version”, and another (4 stars) wished the zero-gravity position went further back and said, “If you are a larger person I would go a different model.” If you’re over about 6 ft or have broad shoulders, compare the 22.44 inch maximum shoulder width with your own measurement, or look at our massage chairs for tall people.

Room. Fully reclined, the 2026 chair is 67 inches long, and the manual asks for at least 12 inches behind and 12 inches in front. That’s about 91 inches, or 7.6 ft, of floor length in use. The ADV needed 63 inches plus 8 inches each side, about 79 inches. Width is 29.5 inches. Our massage chair dimensions guide compares these figures across brands.

Doorways. Real Relax lists a 31-inch minimum doorway for the 2026 model. It ships in two boxes: 52.2 x 21.3 x 32.9 in (114.6 lb) and 53.2 x 10.2 x 25 in (44.1 lb). The chair has wheels for moving it once it’s assembled.

The Home Depot listing carries the same model number and price as the 2026 3D Lite but under a different brand name, which we covered in our massage chair Home Depot guide. Neither company explains the naming, so match the model number before you compare prices. Shipping from Real Relax’s own store is free, from warehouses in the western and eastern US, and the store quotes 3 to 20 days in transit. Returns and warranty: read these before you unbox

The return policy matters more than usual on this chair, because the main complaint in its reviews is fit, and you only find out about fit after assembly. Here is what Real Relax’s return-and-refund page says, applied to an $899.99 chair.

SituationReal Relax policyCost on $899.99

Return unused, unassembled, in original packagingCategory A, within 30 days of deliveryNo return fee; you pay return shipping
Return used, disassembled and repackedCategory B, within 30 days of delivery20% fee = $180, plus return shipping
Damage found on inspectionAdditional fee of up to 10%Up to $90 more

The returns go to a warehouse in Rancho Cucamonga, California, and the policy says the buyer carries the risk of loss once the courier has the chair. One reviewer wrote that once they’d taken the chair out of the box they couldn’t send it back. Under the written policy a used chair can go back, but a 140-160 lb return shipment plus a $180 fee makes it an expensive choice.

Warranty. Real Relax’s warranty page gives 1 year on missing materials, manufacturing defects and “major defects in the functionality of motors, armrests, backrest recline, and casters.” Replacement parts are free, but the page also says “any shipping costs shall be half-borne by the consumer”, and you must report a defect “within 14 days of the occurrence” with a photo or video. It’s for the original purchaser only, excludes PU leather wear, and says nothing about in-home technician visits. The ADV product page offers third-party accident protection through XCover (AIG partner) at $69.99 for 1 year, $105 for 2 years and $135 for 3 years. Our massage chair warranty guide compares this with brands that include in-home labor.

What owners say

The 2026 model’s product page showed 9 reviews averaging 4.6 out of 5 on November 6, 2026. That’s a small sample, and it’s the seller’s own page. Seven are 5 stars, mostly short (“Love it”, “It works well”). The specific comments:

The ADV’s brown listing shows 82 reviews. Real Relax’s store feed also tags both versions with a 4.7 rating from 587 reviews, which looks like a figure pooled across the Favor-03 family. Don’t read that as a rating for the 2026 model alone.

What to buy instead

If the Favor-03 is too small or too limited, the next Real Relax chairs up cost $300-$500 more and raise the weight rating to 300 lb. All prices are from Real Relax’s store on November 6, 2026.

Who should buy the Favor-03, and who shouldn’t

Buy the Favor-03 2026 3D Lite if you’re between about 5’1” and 6’1”, under 240 lb, have about 7.6 ft of floor length, and want rollers on an SL-track for under $900. On November 6, 2026 it was the cheapest in-stock chair on Real Relax’s store whose product description names an SL-track.

Skip it if you’re over 240 lb or above 6 ft with a broad frame, if you want app control or calf heat, or if you’d need the 30-day window to decide whether it fits. Those buyers are better served by a 300 lb model, or by a chair you can sit in before buying.

Consider the refurbished ADV only if $680 is a hard ceiling and you’re happy with 2D rollers and an S-track.

The bottom line

The Real Relax Favor-03 earns its spot as a budget pick, but only the 2026 3D Lite version, and only for average-sized adults. For $899.99 you get an SL-track, 8 programs, foot rollers and waist heat, which is more mechanism than most chairs at this price. What you don’t get is room for error: the weight rating is 240 lb, the warranty is 1 year with shared parts shipping, and changing your mind after assembly costs about $180 plus freight. Measure yourself and your room first, check the model number says B03271, and the Favor-03 is a reasonable first massage chair.
